Dear RAG Committee

This email is to let you know that the RAG Festival that was scheduled
for tomorrow has unfortunately been cancelled.

The reason for the cancellation is based on administration issues that
we are faced with at UCT. This was not due to our lack of planning but
rather complications that we were only notified about at the last
minute.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and trust that you will support
the RAG Festival and Rookies committee as they planned a superb event
that we will ensure is taken into 2010. We are currently reversing all
aspects planned and putting every effort into ensuring the success of
the After Party that will continue as previously organised.

We are proud of the way the Festival Committee is working together to
ensure this does not come across as a setback but something that will
strengthen RAG. We look forward to your support for all the upcoming
events including the RAG Floats Parade, the Festival After Party and
the Summer Concert at Kirstenbosch.

You will be contacted by Stuart for more information about an
alternative RAG ‘get together’ for tomorrow.
